Love our fresh face masks? They’re the epitome of fresh at Lush, because they’re so fresh that we can’t ship them to you. You can order them online for same-day, in-store pickup or visit your local Lush to grab one, but they need to be kept refrigerated (that’s where you’ll find them in our shops) even after you take them home, and last up to three weeks. A quick peek at the face sticker on your pot will show you who made it, what date it was made, and when it’s best by, so you can be sure your skin gets the very best out of them.

We packed them with natural preservatives like honey and salt, so they’re free from synthetic preservatives, and still offer all the benefits of their counterparts—which we also still sell for those who prefer them. For decades, our solid creations have always been 100 percent self-preserving, and today, nearly 65 percent of our products are free from safe synthetics.
